Bombay High Court directs Maharashtra FDA to revoke food licence suspension after rectification of deficiencies

The Bombay High Court directed the Maharashtra FDA to promptly revoke suspension or cancellation of a food business licence once identified deficiencies are rectified and compliance is confirmed. The Court held that compliant establishments should not be forced into litigation and cannot suffer further business losses due to regulatory inaction.
