Delhi High Court gives temporary relief over ‘100 Per Cent’ food claims

The Delhi High Court has reportedly temporarily stayed the food regulator’s order stopping a major Indian consumer goods company from selling food products carrying “100 per cent” claims. The company argued that it was not given prior notice or an opportunity to present its case.
